- 10The Fall Leadership Conference is an event held held for only board officers to gain skills in leadership through competitive events, sessions, and workshops! Members who have an interest in becoming a HOSA officer next year should consider participating!
- 11The State Leadership Conference is similar to FLC, but it’s on a much larger scale. Students are able to choose a specific healthcare related event, and they prepare their skills in order to compete against students all over the state.
- 12You are NOT required to attend/participate in any conferences. However, every HOSA member is encouraged to attend FLC or SLC (trust me... they are really fun!)
- 13Of course! HOSA is a healthcare club, but we focus on serving our community in various ways that do NOT require you to be interested in a healthcare related career. However, we do encourage you to keep an open mind because you may become passionate about healthcare!
